Terms and Conditions

Faulty goods purchased can be returned for exchange providing Sashel is notified within 7 days of the date of shipment.  Provided that the original goods are returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. 

The cost for returning items to Sashel will be covered by the customer.  Sashel will pay all other shipping charges and costs for returning the replaced product to the customer, provided it is not deemed customer abuse.

Sashel accepts no resonsibility for any items returned by a non-traceable method. 

Customers are advised to package the goods correctly as Sashel cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Please contact us on info@sasheljewellery.co.uk prior to returning goods.  This will allow us to process your return efficiently and effectively.

All prices charged are those prevailing on the www.Sasheljewellery.co.uk website at the time of order. Prices quoted are in sterling, excluding any shipping charges. Sashel reserves the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment is accepted by Paypal and once Sashel has received your order we will begin processing your order.

Delivery is normally within 2 - 5 days.  We accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.  Without prejudice to "Returns" Sashel reserve the right to replace, repair or credit in respect of all goods returned at its absolute discretion.  Sashel will not accept responsibility for goods which, in its opinion, have been the subject of undue wear and tear, accident, misuse, improper application or neglect.

All information passed between the buyer shall be held in the strictest confidence and shall not be divulged to any third party.  Credit card details submitted using our secure online payment shall not be stored for any other use than the transaction for which the details have been submitted and will not be stored by Sashel.
